I was born and raised in Oakland, CA and it is a place that has very much shaped what I know about art, what I find beauty in, and how I think about the resilience of nature and the community.

 

Right now I have a vision for 30 or so collages featuring various symbols of Oakland, made of maps of California and the East Bay - but there could be so many more than 30. Who knows maybe it will go on and on. Please  contact me  if you think there is something that has to be included in the project.
